Nice site, friendly owners and very reasonable but needs more facilities (only 2 toilets and 1 shower, no washing up facility) lovely dog walk in the forest near site
A family friendly campsite, which didn't appeal that much to us, but was nevertheless safe and well laid out. The kiddies slide was overgrown, as were the paths up the hill. We felt 18 was a bit high compared to others and the site we were on needed the maximum height on our levelling ramps and even then we weren't quite level. But it was ok for a night. Shower and toilets very clean.
Just back from here and I cant reccommend it highly enough! First impression of the luxury tent was, as Im sure it is for everyone, just WOW! Absolutely beautiful and they really have thought of everything, including kids cutlery and plenty of dishes and candles etc... we will definitely be back. Such a lovely peaceful spot with plenty to do nearby. Our wee one especially loved the horses in the field beside us. Just a perfect wee getaway. Loved it!
Like this site as it's open all year and we like winter caravanning. Great facilities, shower, toilets and serviced pitches. Best of all is quiet location and great views but only 10 minutes from Stirling. Owners live in house on site and are very friendly and helpful. Just back from a snowy weekend and they kindly offered for me to leave my van on site for a few days as no way I could tow it up icy incline. Back to fetch it when it thaws!
Lovely site good wide pitches. Nice facilities. Nice and quiet close to lots of amenities.Saw my first black grouse in the field next to our pitch.It is a site that I will return to in the future.
