Abrupt staff on reception giving out wrong advice when ( confirmed by doctor ) making mistakes which are very serious, also made to feel like your causing them a nuisance huffing and puffing etc ? Worst I've dealt with.
Reception staff are friendly and receptive without being snippy like many other GP Practices. Doctors are approachable and will listen to what you are saying.One of the best GP experiences for this patient (who has known what bad ones can be like)Five Star Service
Disgusting social skills of reception staff and some nurses and doctors. No care for patients. A nurse broke confidentiality and tried to diagnose me with depression (which is not her field) when it was the pill she changed me to almost 3 months earlier causing the issues. She wouldn't take ownership and stubbornly refused to put me back on the pill I have had no issues with for years and wanted me to talk to someone about depression instead... which I don't have... and I'd know because I've a history of depression and know my own mind and body. Left angry and upset. Too many years of feeling like no one believes me and treated like I'm just an inconvenience. Lost all trust and respect for this practice. Avoid if you can.
When I had Newly movedto the area (awaiting them to process my registration) they refused to see my 11 year old who was having an asthma attack...despite being 5 minutes away...they made us go to a&e..who informed us the gp should have seen us. Reception staff act like they are medically trained...awful place
